Our office vision is to deliver exceptional service in a friendly, positive environment that caters to the needs of our patients. We aspire to maintain a well-trained, educated team who work together to efficiently deliver a caring, comfortable experience that is customized to the unique needs of each of our patients as individuals.

We strive to incorporate constantly advancing technology into our daily practice to efficiently deliver both the best options, and the best service that we can. Together we will work together to maintain, improve, or regenerate your smile utilizing an adaptable team approach that is designed to both minimize your anxiety and maximize your value, while maintaining empathy to your unique circumstance.

Dr. Ryan Osinski, DDS

Born in Clifton Park, he completed an accelerated degree program at LeMoyne College – graduating Summa Cum Laude with a BS in biology and a minor in chemistry. He then attended SUNY Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, graduating in 2005. In dental school, he graduated with a double minor in endodontics and fixed prosthodontics, completing research projects in dental implant occlusion and in endodontic pain.

Dr. Osinski has invested heavily in post-graduate continuing education in the areas of: esthetic dentistry, dental implantology, anatomy, occlusion, modern digital imaging (CT scans and digital photography) and regenerative grafting techniques. He is completed course work in sinus grafting, platelet rich plasma, soft tissue grafting, and laser dentistry. He is a graduate of the Misch International Implant Institute’s Surgical Program, and obtained Fellowship status in the International Congress of Oral Implantology in 2007.

Dr. Osinski has received Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification and NYS certification in parenteral/IV sedation. His clinical background ranges from work in Buffalo Hospital dental clinics, and Indian Health Services to hands on surgical training through the Misch Institute,Temple University, and Albert Einstein Medical Center. He held diverse associateships with high quality area practices from 2005 until 2008, when he acquired the Saratoga Springs dental practice of Robert F. Lesniak DMD.

He has over 500 hours of documented continuing education to date, and was selected as one of “America’s Top Dentists” from 2010 through 2014 by Consumer Research Council of America. The office is recognized by saratoga.com as the 2011 local’s choice award winner for the Saratoga region, in the category of dentist. In 2012 the office received the “Reader’s choice award” in the category of dentist from the Saratogian. He strives to integrate many of the most current techniques and concepts in sedation, implant, and restorative dentistry into his practice.

Dr. Osinski has resided in Saratoga Springs over the past nine years & his hobbies include: kayaking, snowboarding, hiking, and cooking.

Our Highly Trained Staff


Lisa is a Registered Dental Hygienist, also licensed to administer local anesthesia. She graduated from Hudson Valley Community College with her degree in Dental Hygiene in 2007 and has been working for Dr. Osinski since 2008. While at HVCC she was awarded the President’s award for excellence by the president of the college, and also held the title of President of the Student American Dental Hygiene Association. Lisa and her husband grew up together in Rome, NY and love spending time with their friends and family as much as possible. They love the outdoors and live music. Their hobbies include: snowboarding, fly fishing, hiking, camping, and hunting with their two German Short-haired Pointers; Midge and Marlin. They are recent proud parents to their first child.


Lauren is a Registered Dental Hygienist certified to administer local anesthesia. She graduated with academic honors from Hudson Valley Community College in 2010. She was the recipient of the Freshman Professional Achievement Award and the Student Total Academic Achievement Award. Lauren started working with Dr. Osinski in 2010 and has recently become our dental office community outreach coordinator. Lauren likes to spend time outdoors and at the gym. Her hobbies include: hiking, paddle boarding, snowshoeing, traveling, strength training, and spending time with family & three dogs.


Kendra is a dental assistant who joined our practice in early 2017. She has experience working at a local dental assisting school and plans on advancing her education to become a registered dental hygienist. She is from Saratoga and is very happy here. She enjoys anything outdoors; kayaking, hiking and four wheeling in the warmer months, and snowboarding in winter months. In her free time, Kendra loves a good glass of wine and is known as a wine connoisseur among her family and friends


Erica is a Registered Dental Hygienist who has worked in the dental field since 1989 . She attended Hudson Valley Community College and is Certified in Local Infiltration Anesthesia & Nitrous Oxide Analgesia. Erica also assists Dr. Osinski in surgical procedures. Her hobbies include gardening, bird watching, and spending time in the Adirondacks. Erica and her husband Todd have three boys and enjoy living in the house they built out in the country.


Diana has been working in the dental field since 1983. She attended the Westchester Paraprofessional School in Albany for Dental assisting. In 1989 she changed her role to receptionist and front desk tasks , and continues to grow into new management roles as the practice continues to change and improve. She started working at this location in 1992, and contributes her diverse experience to both patients and staff. She is currently handling: insurance claims, billing, answering the phone, and scheduling appointments. She also helps to devise and discuss treatment plans with patients. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her dog.


Alli attended the Adirondack Dental Assisting School in 2012 and has been an assisting for five years. She started working for Dr. Osinski in July of 2017. Her hobbies include; hiking, reading books, and bike riding. She also spends time researching about the earth and the universe. She tries to be as environmentally friendly as possible because she cares deeply about our planet.
